​​I am incredibly passionate about food and healthy eating, I offer patients dietary advice and meal suggestions on an individual basis. However, I also offer my skill and expertise to the wider public by designing menus which cater to people with a variety of dietary requirements.

This is targeted at restaurants and cafes, corporate clients, catering companies, hospitals, child care centres, and school canteens.
