​​I am incredibly passionate about food and healthy eating, I offer patients dietary advice and meal suggestions on an individual basis. However, I also offer my skill and expertise to the wider public by designing menus which cater to people with a variety of dietary requirements. 

 

  • This is targeted at restaurants and cafes, corporate clients, catering companies, hospitals, child care centres, and school canteens.

  • Overview and assessment of all ingredients used, recommendations for healthier, and more ethical ingredients. 

  • Dietary requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Coeliac friendly (gluten free)

  • Low FODMAPs (lactose and fructose free)

  • Low reactive foods (amines, histamine, salicylates)

  • Dairy/Casein free

  • Grain free

  • Vegan

  • Vegetarian

  • Paleo/Primal
